TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. RESERVATION
This Reservation shall be regarded as a declaration of intent with a view to purchasing the below-mentioned quantity of Hardin Scientific, inc. (“Hardin Scientific”) products and does not constitute a purchase agreement. The customer is not yet obliged to buy the T3-i7 Cell Incubator (“Product”), and Hardin Scientific is not yet obliged to supply any products to the customer.

2. INFORMATION
When placing a Reservation for Hardin Scientific Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Hardin Scientific shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

3. PERFORMANCE
The information overleaf regarding the technical data constitutes preliminary expectations deriving from the current stage of development. Such information does not constitute an agreement on the quality of the Product nor or a binding performance specification.

4. RESERVATION PRICE & PURCHASE PRICE
The Reservation Price of the Product is $500.00 USD. The Purchase Price of the Product has not yet been fixed. The preliminary price expectation is $10,990.00. The future seller shall be entitled to fix, without prior notice, the final purchase price for until the purchase agreement has been concluded. The purchase price does not include taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility. If the purchase price drops after you have pre-ordered, we will refund you the difference.

5. PAYMENT
You will be charged the Reservation Price of the Products at the time of placing the Reservation. Methods of payment accepted are: (1) Bank Transfers; (2) Credit Card Payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard); (3) Paypal. You will be required to pay the remaining amount along with applicable taxes and shipping costs once we notify you that your Product is ready for delivery.

6. DELIVERY
According to the current stage of development, Hardin Scientific expects the first models of the Product to be delivered starting from May 2019. However, Hardin Scientific does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Hardin Scientific is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule.

7. CANCELLATION
Buyer or Seller may cancel this reservation by terminating the Reservation at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the Reservation Price without interest. If Hardin Scientific cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the Reservation Price without interest.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will Hardin Scientific be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out or related to this agreement. In the event that Hardin Scientific is held liable for any damages arising out or related to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your Reservation Price without interest.
